All Bowls, the culinary novelty at the Jazz Club Etoile!
After the ephemeral concepts Sweet Treats (hybrid pastries) and Ice Rolls (rolled ice-creams), Benjamin Barrere - Executive Chef at Le Méridien Etoile - buckled down to restyle a new trend: the Poke Bowls.
The result, his All Bowls interpretation, is not to be missed! The six healthy recipes - sweet or salty - are full of natural vitamins and are twisted with an Asian touch.
Cooked right in front of you* and served in bowls, it is the ideal option for a quick and affordable snack.
Renewed regularly, according to the seasons and Chef’s inspirations, the first 6 ephemeral recipes will be available to discover starting in mid-October at the Etoile Jazz Club’s restaurant
